This year, the Leoš Janáček International Music Festival offers all its supporters the opportunity to buy tickets for three selected festival concerts that are the decoration of the program for 2024, as a non-traditional and high-quality Christmas gift. The “Christmas package” is made up of three different genres, so everyone can choose.

The compressor house of Ostrava’s Landek Park will traditionally belong to festival jazz. For the first time, we will welcome singer Dasha and Pájky Pájk Quintet Martin Kumžák (June 2, 2024) to the festival.

A completely extraordinary evening will take place in the Silesian Theater in Opava. Zuzana Stivínová, Radúz Mácha and Aneta Kaluža Klimešová will perform in cooperation with the Czech Ensemble Baroque in the staging and under the baton of Tomáš Netopil in the melodrama Medea by Jiří Antonín Benda (June 17, 2024).

The Hukvaldy will be part of the internationally superbly cast ballet performance “Returns”. Great soloists from almost all over the world will meet at Janáček’s birthplace for the only performance in the Czech Republic (June 28, 2024).
