The Memorial and Hukvaldy Game Reserve – Walk with Jiří Zahrádka.

Walk through the places that shaped the life and work of Leoš Janáček, accompanied by one of the leading experts on his music.

This guided walk begins at the Leoš Janáček Memorial and continues through the Hukvaldy Game Reserve to Hukvaldy Castle. Your guide will be musicologist Jiří Zahrádka, who has long served as curator of the Janáček collections at the Moravian Museum and has devoted his scholarly and publishing work to Janáček’s legacy.

The walk will offer a unique insight into Janáček’s life, his sources of inspiration, and the environment that found its way into his music.

The programme will be followed by a concert at Hukvaldy Castle.
